Dr Michael K C Jackson
Dr Michael K C Jackson, who has a doctorate in monetary economics, as well as being a graduate electrical engineer, MBA and CMA. He has extensive experience in quantitative economic consulting, research and econometric modelling, as well as in wider management consulting and economic development.

Professor Mohammed I Jahed
Professor Jahed holds a PhD in Economics and has obtained experience and expertise in public economics and finance, macroeconomic policy, development economics and management in the public sector.He has served as senior economic planning specialist at the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA). He was appointed Deputy Director General: Office of the Premier Limpopo Province, responsible for economic growth and development, economic policy, economic planning, transformation and provincial administration. Prof Jahed joined the South African business sector representative group, the National Business Initiative, as Director of Economics. From 2003 to 2005, he was seconded by the South African Presidency as Chief Economist and Head of Policy, Strategy and Research of the NEPAD Secretariat. Prof. Jahed has been Professor at the University of Witwatersrand in the Graduate School of Public and Development Management (2005-2010). He was subsequently appointed Divisional Executive: Policy and Integration at the DBSA. Prof Jahed was the Director of the Parliamentary Budget Office from 2013-2018. In January 2019, Prof Jahed was appointed at the University of Johannesburg as Professor in the School of Public Management, Governance and Public Policy, College of Business and Economics.
Prof Jahed currently serves on the NEPAD Business Foundation Board.

Dr Dudley Jackson
Dr Dudley J C Jackson has a doctorate from UNISA’s School of Business Leadership in Productivity Accounting, as well as a B. Econ. (Rhodes), MBL (UNISA). He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) from the internationally based IMC institute and a member of the local IMC(SA).
He has been a partner in Siyavuma Healthcare Consultants since 2009. Dr Jackson has been accredited with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) as an external compliance provider (CO6578) since 2014. Previously, he was the Executive Manager and Head: National Strategic Initiatives at Productivity SA (1985 to 2007). Prior to 1985, he was a Director at Schachat Cullum (listed group of building companies).
Dr Jackson is registered with FSCA, in terms of the FIAS Act and has extensive experience as an external compliance officer for Category 1 Financial Service Providers (FSPs).

Richard Mutshekwane
Richard Mutshekwane co-founded Pennine Energy Innovation in 2011, and is a member of Pennine Energy Africa, which has supplied more than 4 000 solar systems to rural areas for the Department of Energy. He has a strong visionary approach that promotes innovation, participation and continuous improvement, as well as an ability to work across formal boundaries, playing a leadership role in rural communities as well as in Child Welfare.
Prior to 2011, he had been a senior manager for some 29 years with Barclays Bank, ABSA Bank, and First National Bank, in both South Africa and Botswana. He had also completed an Advanced Executive Programme (AEP Strategy) at UNISA’s Graduate School of Business Leadership. Richard’s integrity, discerning ability and immense experience in the banking sector, saw him being elected as a Director of a number of State-Owned Corporations (SOCs) such as the National Credit Regulator (NCR), Small Enterprise Finance Agency (Sefa), and as Regional Chairperson of the Debt Counsellors Association of South Africa. He was also a member of the Institute of Directors of South Africa.

Herman Sangiwa
Herman Sangiwa holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Technology Management and has recently completed a Master’s Degree in Business Administration at the University of Witwatersrand. His thesis was on identifying a unique value proposition in broadband internet: a South African case. Herman has extensive experience managing and administering systems and networks. He has developed a broad range of management, administrative, and platform knowledge and skills in the ICT sector. Herman has also participated in the design, development, and deployment of a 4G LTE and TVWS network as the Chief Technology Officer.
Herman’s passion is in digital transformation for SMME’s which entails business process, business model, domain, and cultural/organisational leveraging of the use of technological innovation and tools to meet business objectives. He is also passionate about the development and growth of businesses and his entrepreneurial spirit has resulted in a number of new business initiatives and business support services.
